Welcome to Wood Concepts! By placing an order through our website or contacting us directly, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Orders & Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Bank Transfer (full payment required before production)

  • Whish Transfer

  • OMT Transfer

We accept payments in both LBP and USD, depending on your preference.

Production of your custom furniture will only begin after payment confirmation, unless you choose the Cash on Delivery option (where payment is made upon delivery).

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • All our products are made to order and require approximately 15 business days to complete.

  • We deliver across all areas in Lebanon.

  • A delivery fee is applied, typically ranging from $5 to $15, depending on the product type and delivery location.

3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the custom-made nature of our products:

  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

  • Once an order is confirmed and in production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

4. Product Details & Customization

  • Every item is crafted in-house in our factory — we do not sell pre-made or ready stock items.

  • Customers are welcome to provide their own designs, which we will bring to life with precision and care.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for confirming measurements and ensuring their space can accommodate the ordered furniture.

  • It is also the customer’s responsibility to make sure that access to the delivery site is possible, including entrances, stairways, and elevators.

6. Disclaimer

While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to external factors such as material supply or transportation issues.

Additionally, as our products are handcrafted and made of natural wood, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur.
